Forest Park

This little 2BR, 2BA townhouse in Maryland needed a top to bottom rehab. After a full gut and many ceiling and wall repairs throughout, the property received a fresh coat of paint, all new interior doors and hardware, a new front door and sliding glass door, and all new multi-width LVP flooring downstairs and carpeting upstairs. The kitchen renovation gave an old, drab room the modern updates it really needed including white cabinets, granite countertops, updated lighting and new SS appliances. The 1/2 bath downstairs was gutted and fitted with a new vanity, toilet, mirror and accessories, while the upstairs bathroom received some TLC with all of the same plus a modern tile shower surround with a niche. A new hot water heater and HVAC unit were installed, and the outside needed a full yard cleanup, pressure wash, trim and fixtures in order to get this unit move-in ready.
